The family of a Mexican man who was shot and killed by U.S. Border Patrol agents two years ago has filed a civil rights lawsuit alleging that the agency sanctioned an unbridled use of deadly force in response to rock throwing.

Deputies in South Carolina are being probed after a suspect was beaten during an arrest caught on video Saturday.
Witnesses filmed two Greenville County Sheriff’s Office deputies as they appeared to punch a man more than 10 times during the arrest, which occurred at Walmart.
According to WSPA, deputies responded to a call about a man acting erratically at Walmart. They said he appeared to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Although they struck the man twice with a stun gun, cops said the shock failed to incapacitate him

Less than a week ago Eric Garner was laid to rest after dying from being placed in an illegal chokehold by Staten Island police, and now it looks as if the NYPD has once again, broken the rules.
Their reasoning? Allegedly grilling illegally outside.
Captured on a cell phone video, 27-year-old Rosan Miller is noticeably pregnant, but that doesn’t stop the NYPD from placing the woman in what looks like a chokehold.

Eric Garner (1971?-2014), an American street vendor, beloved husband and 43-year-old father of six, became yet another unarmed Black man killed by the New York City police (NYPD) on July 17th 2014. His crime: selling untaxed cigarettes.

The police have taken officers Pantaleo and Justin Damico off the street. They took Pantaleo’s badge and gun. No charges, no arrests.
The hospital takes it a bit more seriously: the four ambulance workers are suspended without pay.
Mayor de Blasio finds the Garner case “very troubling” and promises a “thorough investigation”.
The coroner has yet to report the official cause of death.
There have been at least two protests so far.
Today is his funeral.
