Anti-AMERICAN LATINO MUSEUM campaign update Mexica Movement

Mexica Movement met with ceo of American Latino Museum on Friday 12/6/13.
When we initially rsvp’d to attend the townhall we were disrespected and denied entrance to attend. After a few emails, we agreed to meet with them in person, and not by phone as they initially proposed. We met with Estuardo Rodriguez, the CEO of the museum and explained to him in much detail why we were not Latinos and how this museum was genocidal. After an hour we came to the agreement that he would allow us the last words of the townhall, all 5 minutes of it. We agreed. The townhall was mainly made up of vendido academics and artists who displayed no interest in representing our people. Known ex-chicanos were proud of embracing the concept of latino. Stay tuned for the video to come. The campaign continues. Check out the report written by the American Latino Museum yourself:

Settler Ally vs. Settler Brother/Sister

“You want to learn to become a brother or sister to me, then start treating me like one, and I will reciprocate. If you are still confused, come hang out with me, and walk with me.” -Giibwanisi

the majority of people will never grasp this term Brotherhood/sisterhood. The wounds are just too deep.

Jailer brutally slams DUI suspect’s head into brick wall while handcuffed

OCALA, FL — Corrections Officer Charles Craig Broaderick slammed the head of a man who was handcuffed into a concrete wall at the Marion County Florida Jail In October of 2013.

Blood from the suspect, James Duckworth, 33, can be seen smeared all over the wall.

The jailer thought the man was “spitting” at officers so he slammed his head into the wall. The video shows that it was more likely the man trying to remove a hairball from his mouth, without the use of his hands.

Psychologist defends ‘affluenza’ – CNN.com Video

Part one of Anderson’s exclusive interview with Dick Miller, psychologist in the center of the “affluenza” case.

Community Village‘s insight:

A teen YOUNGER than this teen was sent to jail for 10 years for accidentally killing one person – by the same judge

The teen from this new tragedy illegally drank, illegally drove 70 MPH in a 40 MPH zone, illegally murdered, illegally fled the scene of the crime, yet nobody calls him illegal.

The psychologist is not interested in punishing, he’s interested in helping the teen. He wishes every kid could go to rehab instead of prison.

The wealthy dad is paying for the “vacation punishment” for his son.

Our society will spend money to incarcerate black and brown law breakers, but not to rehabilitate them.

Our (in)justice system boils down to who our society loves and protects vs who our society demonizes and imprisons like animals.
