Woman terrorized with ‘Move N****r Now’ and rocks thrown through windows [VIDEO]

 

An Alabama woman’s New Year’s Eve celebrations were cut short when she heard a crash as three windows in the front of her house were broken with rocks.

Terry Turner and her granddaughter slipped out the bedroom window after calling 911 — they were afraid someone was in the house.

When police arrived, they discovered the rocks thrown through the windows and the spray-painted garage door with a message that said: “Move N***** now.”

Terry has lived in the neighborhood for eight years and heard the slur shouted at her but never imagined things would escalate this far. Still, she holds no hatred in her heart for whoever did this.

Molotov Cocktail Thrown Into Black Congressman’s Office

 

According to reports,  a Molotov cocktail was thrown through the office window of Rep. Emanuel Cleaver’s (D-Mo.) Thursday morning. The Hill has the story:

The Kansas City Police and Kansas City Bomb and Arson Squad responded to the scene and completed an initial survey. No one was in the office when the object or objects were thrown. The cocktail did not explode, according to local reports.

Congressional Black Caucus Chairwoman Marcia Fudge (Ohio) asked for a speedy investigation and said the people responsible need to be punished to the “fullest extent of the law.”
“The Congressional Black Caucus strongly condemns this type of vandalism targeted at Congressman Cleaver, and denounces any act of violence towards Members of Congress,” she said in a statement. “This type of abhorrent behavior is the most ineffective means of voicing discontent or disagreement.”

Utah Man Facing Hate Crime Charges Says Threatening Black Child Was ‘Just My Opinion’

 

“A Utah man is now facing federal hate crime charges for threatening to kill a black child of a neighboring Caucasian couple. Robert Keller, a 70-year-old resident of Hurricane, wrote to the family to say he would kill the boy if the child remained in his neighborhood.”

In 1998, three white men in the small town of Jasper, Texas, chained a black man to the back of their pickup truck and dragged him to his death. This film relates that story and how it affected all of the residents of the town, both black and white.

College President Says He ‘Failed’ Black Student In Hate Crimes Case

 

“By failing to recognize the meaning of a Confederate flag, intervene earlier to stop the abuse or impose sanctions as soon as the gravity of the behavior became clear, we failed him. I failed him,” Qayoumi said in the statement.”

I’m not sure how the president of a U.S. university does not know the meaning of the Confederate flag???
