“I can’t even tell you how bad this hurts …”
The police will not even say who did it.
On September 5th 2015, Kager was driving home her boyfriend, Angelo Perry. In the back seat was her four-month-old baby, Roman. Just before midnight they stopped at a 7-Eleven store at 2093 Lynnhaven Parkway. Police officers appeared. In 15 seconds they fired 30 bullets. The police say Perry shot first. No police officer was injured. She and Perry died in a hail of bullets. Her baby lived.

Waco, TX – Running from the police seems to a very controversial subject in the media today, with a prevailing attitude that it is somehow wrong or “stupid” to run from the police. However, running from a hostile force that is likely to use violence against you is one of the most basic and instinctual things that a person can do. This is especially true for people with prior records or people who dress differently because they are automatically profiled by police and treated as if they were criminals from the very start of the encounter.
Last week, a man in Texas who was traveling with a small amount of marijuana decided that he was not going to pull over to be harassed by police when he saw their lights in his rear-view mirror. He ran instead, just as any sane person would do when they encountered a kidnapper or a thief.
His decision resulted in a high-speed chase which exceeded speeds of 100 miles per hour and spanned across five counties.
The driver, Jonathan Davis, was eventually stopped by police after roughly an hour when they blew out his tire with spike strips and then shot at his tires with live ammunition.

Miami Gardens, FL — On February 15, Lavall Hall had a schizophrenic episode when he grabbed a broom and then went outside in his underwear. Unable to get her son back inside, Hall’s mother called the police for assistance to get her son back to the hospital, as he was only released one week prior.
Hall’s mother says that the police were aware of her son’s condition as they had responded to calls for medical assistance at her home in the past, and that she repeatedly told the officers that he was schizophrenic and bipolar on this evening.
“Don’t hurt my child,” the mother asked the officers before the encounter.

Police in Washington state are searching for a man who dropped off a KKK robe and hood at a second-hand clothing store owned by a black woman, Fox13 reports.
Leona Coakley-Spring owns Rags to Riches Consignment, which she opened only a few months ago, in an affluent suburb of Seattle. She was shocked this week when a white man brought in a bag of dresses which also contained the racist attire.
Coakley-Spring believes it was a threat.

Deming, NM — 74-year-old Roger Charlet recently died in a hospital just a week after police used a taser on him during a traffic stop. On January 4th, Charlet was pulled over by police on Interstate 10 and was accused of being drunk. He was quickly ripped from his car and tased without being given any chance to comply and leave willingly. Police claim that he was “resisting arrest,” however, the video clearly shows that he was not a threat and had no chance of getting away.

Southhaven, MS — Troy Goode had taken LSD at a concert he and his wife attended in Southaven, Mississippi, but must have been having a bad trip and began acting erratically, running around the parking lot. Though the Memphis, Tennessee, man’s behavior wasn’t violent or threatening to anyone, someone felt it necessary — likely out of misguided concern — to summon the police. Barbara Dawson (1958-2015), a Black American woman, died soon after police forcibly removed her from Calhoun Liberty Hospital in Blountstown, a small town in the Florida Panhandle. This was four days before Christmas,
At 10.30pm on the night of December 20th 2015, she was rushed to the hospital in an ambulance. She had stomach pains.
Before dawn the next morning, the hospital discharged her. It said her condition was stable. She said she was still in pain and had trouble breathing.
