Abancay Protesters, later on Sunday, tried to block Itaska Street where Begic was killed. On Monday 300 showed up, saying “Bosnian lives matter”. The police, in both cases, did not show up in riot gear with attack dogs. Instead they talked to protesters as if they were human beings, taking their concerns seriously. It can be done.
